Good proximity to Disneyland, nice staff, continental breakfeast a little sparse. great value
Upgraded to bunk beds
this hotel pretty much matches the feedback - small rooms in addition within walking distance to Disneyland - weird inner courtyard swimming pool (in addition who has time for swimming anyway) - sometimes a little noisy as kids run through the hallways - parking is scarce - free breakfast meal in addition it's slim pickings and only for a time in addition overall, decent hotel room for a decent price. And when really needed something from the little hotel store it was open! We also got a great laugh when we learned "We have upgraded you to bunk beds" means just that! We had a set of bunk beds in our room.
Does not deserve 3 stars
Had a king suite, apparantly in an older section of the property. cramped and dark. Window opened onto an interior section of roof and walls- worst view ever. stuffy, in addition ac vent positioned right over your head on the bed, so that was pretty uncomfortable too. The breakfast meal was the pits and the swimming pool is just yucky. If this had been rated 2 stars, would say it was OK. in addition it was disappointing to book 3 star with such a nice description and then see the reality. Only plus is an easy walk to Disney. in addition you can get that from a dozen other hotels in the area as well.

Not worth full price
we were bumped to this property due to overbooking. help at the Palms were condescending to say the least. hall and elevators hot and muggy. limited parking. Had a yuha suite-one bathroom (sink in bathroom) not really adequate for a family. Was close to Disney. Lamest breakfast meal we have ever experienced (not all of part of the advetised free breakfast). swimming pool is tiny. Maid service slow! Thank goodness we didn't have to pay full price!!
